Booking & Payment
Pay an advance to lock your seat (amount shared on WhatsApp at booking). The balance is due 15 days before departure. 5% GST applies on top of listed prices. Prices are per person on triple, double or single sharing.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancel 30+ days before departure: 75% of the advance refunded. 15–30 days: 50%. Under 15 days: no refund. One free date change if requested 30+ days before departure. If Roamora cancels a trip, you get a full refund or a free date change.
Health & Safety
Please tell us about any medical condition before booking. Itineraries include acclimatisation, and every vehicle carries an oxygen cylinder and first-aid kit. Travel insurance is recommended but not included in the price.
Weather & Force Majeure
Routes may change for safety due to weather, landslides or road closures. Extra costs from such events (extra nights, 4x4 vehicles) are paid by travellers on the spot. If a trip cannot run at all, we offer a free date change.
